    Dear Support Team,

Our website has not been updated for the past few months due to some client-related delays. However, we recently noticed that the theme is displaying incorrectly, as shown in the attached image, even though no changes have been made from our side.

We have tried updating all plugins to the latest versions, but the issue still persists. We would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

    Thank you for your support.

    Hello,

Based on the current appearance of your website, it seems that demo content may have been imported while third-party plugins were still active. Please note that such an action cannot occur automatically and would require manual intervention.

If your website is live and you did not intend for these changes to occur, we strongly recommend restoring a backup to a previous state that met your expectations. Many hosting providers create regular backups for their users, so we suggest contacting your hosting provider to inquire about available restore points.

However, if the imported demo content reflects exactly what you need, we advise you to deactivate all third-party plugins and re-import the demo content. During this process, please ensure that all old demo content is removed. The necessary plugins will be automatically activated and updated during the import.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
