I installed the child theme (downloaded today from Themeforest) so that I could install a font that I own. Created a font folder, put the font files inside it, and activated the child theme in WordPress > Appearance > Themes. When I viewed the home page, the site looked wonky — log in, activate, and you’ll see what I mean. What is causing this? Is there a better way to load font files? Many thanks for your help.

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

One problem that I see is that you need to go to Appearance > Widgets and set all your widgets to appropriate widget areas. Child theme is a new theme and when you activate it first time WP messes up all the widgets.

If I miss something, provide screenshot, please.

    Regards
