    how to install a child theme, how to active. guide me. I wanna customize in child theme because in parent theme customization loss.

    Hello,

    1) Go to Theme Options > Import/Export download the export file of you options to a safe place.
    2) Download child theme here https://www.8theme.com/downloads
    3) Install and activate child theme.
    4) Go to Theme Options > Import/Export > import the export file that you just downloaded > press Import. Reload customizer without saving any options. Now child theme is installed and options of the parent theme are imported. Customize child theme files according to your needs.

    Hello,

    It looks like Massive Addons plugin is disabled on your site, go to Dashboard > Plugins and activate the plugin.
