Hello,

1. Do you create footer as a static block? If your footer created via static block you can use elements of VC and Massive Addons plugins (Visual Composer > Role Manager > Post Types > Custom > choose all the post types you want to use VC for). Please see examples of elements that can be useful for you – http://massive.mpcthemes.net/icon-list/ http://massive.mpcthemes.net/icon-column/ http://massive.mpcthemes.net/connected-icon-column/
2. If you have both themes (Xstore and Xstore child) and child theme activated on your site, this is correct.

Thanks a lot – figured it out!

Now a new problem, sorry!!!

Xstore – Engineer theme:
On the demo frontpage there is a “widgetised sidebar” and 3 products to the right of the sidebar, but on my frontpage the 3 products jumps down under the sidebar and I just can’t figure out why???.
Also where do I create the category names in this menu (Accessories, Connected products, Drills etc.)?
Isn’t the one from the Engineer theme somewhere so I can just edit it?

You’re welcome!

– we’ve sent products.php file to your registration email, you need to replace the file in xstore/framework/shortcodes folder

I have replaced the “products.php” file as You told me to.
Now I have several errors on my front page.
What have I done wrong?

Hello,

This is wp-admin access, but we need FTP access (FTP hostname, FTP username, FTP password). Ask your hosting provider support to create FTP account to your site files and give us the credentials.

On the front page all icons (phone, mail, top panel arrow, slider left/right arrows) are missing!

2. How do I change the color of the “Kategorier” box (current it’s yellow) and the “Tilbud (sale) labels. Succeded to translate it but can’t change color!

3. Can’t find the shop frontpage! In Pages – Shop it says: You have blank page

4. In the shop page there’s a sidebar and 4 products per row. Can I change this to 3 products per row?

Thanks Rose!
One problem still causes me headache!
In the backend I’ve changed the Sale icon text color to black and changed the yellow color to be more “clear” but nothing happens in the frontend. Why!

Yes, you have changed the color – but why can’t I do it myself?
Tried again, because I’d like the color to be #ffff00 – but still no reaction in the frontend…
