CheckoutPage Does not work “Button no reaction”

    I have noticed a problem on the checkout page: When customers try to click on the “Order with obligation to pay” button, nothing happens. This situation has already caused customers to bounce because they were unable to make payments. Can you please help me with this?

    1. We kindly request that you provide us with a video recording demonstrating the issue, along with the steps necessary to replicate the problem.

    2. Could you please confirm if the “Order with obligation to pay” button is associated with a third-party plugin? If so, could you specify which one?

    3. We would also ask that you verify the functionality when the Advanced checkout feature is deactivated. This can be done by navigating to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Cart/Checkout Layout.

    And I haven’t found the path?

    or how to get to it!

    2. Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    3. Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) https://prnt.sc/doI50xWHfpEF > Cart/Checkout Layout https://prnt.sc/l32t0kf9sMZg > https://prnt.sc/h8Fu4awpJL7u – disable Advanced layout and check how it works then. Let us know the result.
