Checkout: the list of cities by state does not appear when changing states

Hello,
I need help so that the list of cities appears at checkout when choosing a state so that the automatic calculation of the shipping cost is carried out according to the city.

The plugin used for this is “MkRapel Regiones y Ciudades de Chile para WC”. This plugin allows me to see the drop-down list of regions and cities in addition to assigning different shipping costs to each city in my Country (Chile).

I leave access to my test site in case you need it in a private area.
