Hi!

I’ve got a problem in the checkout. If I check “Create account” in checkout, validation says “enter existing email”.I’ve tried 3 different emails,doesn’t work. But if I create account and then do the checkout, it works. Also checkout as a guest works. Can you help? Thakns

Please specify in private content what email address and password you’re entering on Checkout page.

i tried 3 different emails and different passwords. One of them is attached

Hello,

The password was incorrect.
I’ve changed it to the one that you specified in private content and successfully authorized on Checkout page.
Clear browser cache and check again.

It wasn’t the problem. The problem is when a new user wants to create an account during the first checkout (http://prntscr.com/b0o3qy), he can’t. So he has to register, then go to cart and only then checkout. But account should be created during the very first checkout

Hello,

Try to use Default checkout layout in Theme Options > Shop and check the page after that.

Hello,

I’ve just checked the form on our test site and account is created successfully after order is completed.
Please update the theme to the latest version 3.0.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

It still doesn’t work. I updated theme, wordpress, all plugins that were ready to update. I don’t know what else can be wrong. Please, help! I can’t start working with this thing broken :((((

Hello,

I’ve checked this issue with default Woocommerce theme Storefront and it persists there too, so the problem isn’t related to the theme, but to Woocommerce plugin.
We recommend you to contact Woocommerce support for investigation. Tell them that problem persists with Storefront theme that is their default theme.

Hello guys!

Can you help me with the multi-language on site? As I understand, I should create .po and .mo files for each language, right? What about English? Should I create file for it too? And where s write a path to appropriate language?

If you want to create multilingual site you need use WPML plugin https://wpml.org/ which is compatible with our theme.
