I am having trouble with customers on my websites double clicking the checkout button and it is charging them twice. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

I have installed a drop down shipping display. It has broken the “Your Order” sidebar as seen in the screen shot.

    Hello,

Please describe the mentioned problems in more details with screenshots. You can use Lightshot screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html to share screenshots, it creates a link to the image and you will just send us that link.
Also, provide temporary wp-admin access in the Private Content area – http://prntscr.com/ozha0k

    I hope this link works

If not you can select a product and go to the check out screen to see the problem http://www.pro-cure.com/checkout/

    Please contact administrator

    Hello,

    I can’t see the screenshot – http://prntscr.com/ozxpuo
Please describe both problems in more details.
Do you have problems only when our theme is activated or with the default Storefront theme too?

    Regards

I have implemented a woo commerce drop down shipping display. It seems to have broken the container. You can see this option after you have entered an address and it pulls the drop down list options.

The second problem is when a customer uses the checkout button. The website will stall or give a moment and it makes the customer feel as if they haven’t checked out. They then click the button again and get double charged in the process.

    Hello,

    1) Fixed.
    2) Site performance depends not just on theme. If problem with the payment depends on the site speed try to optimize and speed up the site to avoid stalling. We have changed the cache plugin from WP Fastest Cache to W3 Total Cache and improved the site speed a little bit. Proceed with other optimization options: images optimization, remove all the unnecessary plugins etc. If you need help with site optimization you can submit a request to WPKraken team.

    Regards
