  Hi there,
  I have ticked the options in Woocommerce settings for
  Enable registration on the “checkout” page
  Enable registration on the “My Account” page
  Display returning customer login reminder on the “checkout” page

  However, neither the registration or login details appear on the checkout, instead it just asks for a name and address and then shows the submit to paypal button

  Am I doing something wrong here?

  Hello,

  To display the field “Returning customer? Click here to login” add this code in child style.css:

  .before-checkout-form {
     margin-top: 100px !important;
  }

  As you can see the same form is shown with default WordPress theme, please check it with Twenty Fifteen theme.
