Once my clients complete their billing info and hit the “Continue” button on the bottom of the page, they go the shipping tab but they are not taken to the top of the page so all they see is the footer information. Same with the your order section. They are often missing steps because they don’t see the required boxes above.
Please advise on how we can correct this.
