Doesn’t matter to whats set on the Checkout options in Xstore, the checkout is completely different

Phone number is set to “required” site shows optional

Terms and Conditions set in setting – Nothing appearing in checkout

Also as a side note, why has the side bar all screwed up on all installations now, it’s all misaligned

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Dear @finleydesign,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Since you are utilizing the WooCommerce Gutenberg blocks to build your Cart and Checkout pages, it is likely that the issue you are experiencing is not related to our theme but rather to the WooCommerce blocks themselves. To confirm this, we recommend testing the functionality with a default theme such as Storefront.

Alternatively, we suggest using our Elementor widgets for these pages, as they are specifically designed to enhance compatibility and functionality. You can find detailed guidance on this in the following links:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-cart-page-builder-with-elementor/
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-checkout-page-builder-with-elementor/

In case you are using the WPBakery page builder you can try to use the default [woocommerce_cart], [woocommerce_checkout] shortcodes on those pages to check the issues with such ones then.

We hope this helps resolve the issue. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need additional assistance.

    Best regards,

Ok so it’s you demo I installed, I didn’t setup this page, your demo import did

I also selected WPBakery when I did the import, so theres no reason to use Elementor or would we even want to

(i wish you would drop elementor, it’s horrendous!)

Not really an answer in that I have to fix the import you created

    Dear @finleydesign,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We will inform our development team to recheck the demo import functionality, as it is possible that recent WooCommerce updates may have automatically applied Gutenberg blocks for those pages.

In the meantime, may we kindly ask if you have tried the solution we previously suggested? Specifically:

If you are using the WPBakery Page Builder, you can try utilizing the default shortcodes [woocommerce_cart] and [woocommerce_checkout] on the respective pages to identify and address any issues.

Could you please share the results of your testing with this approach? Your feedback will help us assist you more effectively.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best regards,

Its does appear to be an odd solution to this, the checkout did look great but it didn’t function, seems just a bit odd we need to revert back to basics, just to have the fields work.

    Dear @finleydesign,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We would like to kindly inform you that the functionality in question is associated with the WooCommerce plugin and is not directly related to our theme. As you have identified issues with their Gutenberg blocks that comes from WooCommerce code, we recommend contacting the WooCommerce support team and submitting your concerns on their official forum for further assistance.

We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.

    Best regards,
