    Hi,

Before that, try disable all the plugins except woocommerce and see that solves anything.

500 errors are caused by servers, to check what cause that error, we can try a couple of ways,

    1. https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/debug-info-internal-server-500-error/ after that it shows what cause the error in the screen,

    2. Checking the server error log, if you don’t know how to see, please ask your hosting support guys, they will provide you the error logs. Then inside the error log, we can check what cause the error.

Either way, please pass the error to us, so that we can check and reply you a fix.

    Let us know,

    Thanks,
    laranz.

I am subscribing to this topic too as I plan to go for http/2 too tonight. Or is your theme not compatible with http/2 so that I should wait with this step?

    Hi,

It should work @Royalty, if the same error occurs try disable all the plugins except woocommerce and see that fixes, also make sure you configure the server correctly for http/2, if still you got that, enable the storefron theme ( WooCommerce default theme ) if the error comes from that means, something is wrong with the configuration/plugin.

    @Waqas
    tried with the Storefront theme?

    Let us know,

    Thanks,
    laranz.

Thank you Laranz, the problem is sloved it was a plugin “woocommerce pdf invoice by Elbert Bas”. Now everthing is working fine.

Tell me one more thing, is there any way to know the plugins compatibility before updating or to check old plugins (or any third party plugins) are compatible with theme or not.

    Hi @Waqas,

    Glad we helped. 🙂

Most of the plugins works out of the box, but some plugins cause issues you need to check the website functionality after installing the plugin. Unfortunately this is the only way to find the compatible plugin.

Can you recommend any plugin for PDF invoice because I’ve installed 3 plugins and all of them created the same issue.

Hello Laranz, actually I found the reason why “woocommerce pdf invoice” plugin causing this error. This is some kind of parsing error, to parse it required “mb-string” module to be enabled. So as I enabled the required module everything is working fine. Thanks
