I am using the ‘Checkout Manager by QuadLayer’ plugin to reorder my checkout fields.

In the plugin settings, I have placed the Postcode (billing_postcode) above the Address (billing_address_1). However, on the actual checkout page, your theme is completely ignoring these settings and forcing the Address field to appear above the Postcode.

It seems your theme’s internal CSS or WooCommerce hooks are overriding the plugin’s priority settings.

Could you please let me know how I can stop the theme from overriding the field order? I need the Postcode to be displayed first for my customers.

Looking forward to your quick fix.

    Best regards,

    Hello @chutipao,

We cannot guarantee full compatibility with all existing plugins on the market. However, there is always an opportunity to review the case to either ensure compatibility or find a suitable workaround to make the plugin function properly.

During our tests, we noticed that you are using the XStore Elementor Checkout Multistep widget on your checkout page, which follows its own structure and rules. If you would like to use the plugin for field sorting, we recommend using the default shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] on the Checkout page and verifying whether the fields and their sorting order appear correctly. If everything works as expected, you may keep the shortcode. If necessary, you can also enable the custom cart/checkout layout in “Theme Options → WooCommerce → Cart/Checkout Advanced Layout”, as the widget provided in the Elementor builder does not fully support compatibility with checkout form field sorting.

    Best regards,
