Chatbox not working - by Protouch - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hey man, The cahtbox is not working after update of last version of Royal Theme. Is there any issue for that. I mean therre is no option in “Theme OPtion” to ON/OFF chatbox and in the chat console all settings are OK. So what’s going on? As my knowledge all is going ok, but why chat console not working? Is there any issue as I’m working on “custom.css” but I think it can’t be an issue because there is no such input that may effect chat console. Reply soon.
