Opened a ticket a few days ago regarding the POP Up for “Contact Us” that is in the bottom right. Was told by Eva Kemp to edit this via WP-Admin panel. However, I am not finding the location and where to edit it. Is this on the plugins page?

You need open “Chat Console” to customize it.
