Chat Console - by beutz - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi, no matter what I try, the chat console always shows me as away even though I am online. How can I fix this? thank you!

    Hello,

    Please look at the screenshot http://storage1.static.itmages.com/i/15/1028/h_1446063205_9318197_4383a6ed05.png . Chat console is working properly.
    At first you should log in to chat console in wp-admin panel, then check it on your site using other browser.

    Thank you, Eva! I tried exactly that before and it always looked like I was offline. Then it suddenly worked… anyway, it’s all good 🙂 THanks again
