Could you please see what is happening on my Chat Console.
Both modes are not working, the Online and Offline.
If Online, the Contact Popup does not show there’s an operator online. Still have the Offline Message that if filled and submitted goes to our email.
But the Offline mode is also not working. If Offline, we send a message and even though it says ‘SENT’ the message is never received. I’ve also checked on my Spam box and nothing.
I have this very same Plugin Installed on other DOmain with the very Same Theme that works perfectly fine.
And I haven’t installed any more plugins in this domain that the other domain doesn’t have.
Could you please check this?
