  Hi,

  I need some your help using chat console plugin.

  1. Display time in chat console is different with real time.
  ex. real time 13:00 display time in chat console 23:00

  2. When my guests are trying to chat when I am online they got a message “You are not logged in”.
  I cannot find the right setting.

  Can you help me?

  Hello,

  Please update WordPress to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
  Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ including Screets Chat plugin. Configure it as described here http://screets.org/apps/chatx/forums/d/102-chat-session-not-connecting
  
  Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!
