Changing the 'Select Options' button text

Hi there!

We just have a doubt regarding the product list page.

Consider we choose a category named ‘Women’ which appears from the ‘Shop’ option in the theme’s live demo.

The page that is displayed consists of a list of clothes with each having a ‘Select Options’ button below which on clicking navigates to that products detail page.

This button changes to ‘Read More’ when the product is out of stock.

We wanted to know if the text written on the button (‘Select Options’ or ‘Read More’) can be changed to meet our need? Also please guide us how can we change this if its possible.
