Changing the promotion banner at top header

Hello,
I can’t change the promotion banner which is located at high top of the website. I located the static block and I edited it with the new banner using the same dimensions, however it has not been changed!

On Elementor edit page I can see the new banner, however in the preview and live site I see only the old banner.
