Changing tabs title in product page and choose which ones are visible

Hi I would like to change the title of the tabs in the product page: I mean “Description”, “Additional information”, “Reviews” and “Shipping and delivery”. I would also like to choose which ones are visible in the product page and change the content of some of them. I can only find and change the “Custom and delivery tab”, in the static blocks, but I don’t know where to find the others. How can I do that? Thanks.
