Need some help I built the site on a temporary domain because I didn’t want to mess up my existing site while switching to your theme. (I changed the URL, couldn’t find anywhere to deactivate the previous domain). I’m used Corporate demo, completed all site configurations I can’t load Static Blocks to edit it. Can’t load the Media library either.

    Hello,

We have removed the previous domain from the list of activations. Do you need to enable page builder for the Static Blocks? Follow the docs https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/47-static-blocks

Provide screenshot of the Media library issue and also provide us with WP Dashboard access to site where you have this issue.

    Regards

    Hello,

Checked your site and don’t see the mentioned issues https://gyazo.com/b47a9291033ed27605ba8e26bf482d30
What browser do you use? Try to clear the browser cache or try another browser.

Yeah clearing the cache worked I guess it was trying to load from the old URL. There’s 1 other thing. at the bottom of the checkout sidebar shows Free Shipping on orders over $49. But we have shipping and calculation disabled, why is this still showing. We don’t ship anything. Also on the checkout if a user switches between payment gateways the “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions *” appears multiple times instead place there’s a shortcode over it like there’s something missing. See images< 6, 8, and 11.

On the checkout if a user switches between payment gateways the “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions *” appears as many times instead just once. 2. There’s a shortcode over the “I have read and agree to the website terms and condition” like there’s something missing. See images previously posted images.

    Hello,

Check how does it work when a default theme is activated on your site, for example, Storefront.

Edit: A little research shows this is a Visual Composer related error

How you figure Checkout page showing WP bakery shortcode above the Terms & Conditions box and text on checkout page is caused by woocommerce? It’s more likely a WPBakery issue and since you’re the 1 who licensed it only you can reach out to them to find a solution to this problem.

    Hello,

The terms & conditions section relates to woocommerce functionality. The code of WPBakery Page Builder in terms & conditions area is shown even with the default theme, so this situation relates to the functionality of WC, and independent of our theme/can’t be fixed from our side.
We would recommend you do not use WPBakery to create content of the terms & conditions section because WC and WPBakery are not compatible there.

    Regards
