Changing attributes on product page tabs

I am trying to change the tab ‘Additional information’ on the product pages. Now, it calls in the attributes for the product ‘Colour’ and ‘size’, but I want to rename this tab to ‘Fabric & Care’ so that it shows the attributes for ‘Fabric’ and ‘Care’ – not Size, Colour. I have set up new attributes for both Fabric and Care but how do I replace Size & Colour to show these new attributes instead? I cannot find information on how to do this in your documentation. Could you let me know how I can achieve these changes, thanks. Ash
