Hello I have a problem with the WordPress I just installed. I uploaded the theme but encountered two problems: 1) the theme was unable to fully load all demo items. 2 if I go to make changes through the theme editor, for example on the fonts, the changes are displayed in the preview of the theme editor but are not then applied once saved. Our webmaster points out that there is probably a database conflict problem.

Hello,

1) Provide us with WP Dashboard access
2) What errors did you get after demo content import? What items are missing?

I got a failed media import error.
Medias seem to be all there (but haven’t checked extensively ) but fonts are not correct accordingly to your demo.
When I change any font feature on the theme options the preview is ok, but when I publish changes are not applied.
There could be more problems as I haven’t checked all features (such as rev slider etc..)

Hello,

WP Dashboard access is incorrect http://prntscr.com/w4mwt0
If you don’t see the missing images then just ignore that message.
You should be able to change the site font in Theme Options > Typography > Content > choose the Lato font for example as the main font and as the Headings font.
Also, go to Theme Options > Header builder > edit the Main menu > choose the necessary font for the menu.

I’ve already tried the process to change the fonts that you illustrate but changes appear only on the preview while editing and are not saved/applied .

hello I tried from chrome instead of safari. Maybe it was just a cache problem.
