Changes not visible in the xstore theme builder

I am unable to see real time change while updating anything on the theme
i have cleared my systems cache it is not the cache issue the issue is with the theme also I changed the color of the header but its still the same

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

1/ Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.

Furthermore, proceed to Theme Options > Header Builder > Multiple Headers and make the necessary edits to your custom headers (front page). https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/139-cant-see-changes-in-the-header-on-the-home-page

After completing these steps, we kindly ask that you clear your cache to observe the changes.

I tried all steps the header color is still the same text isnt visible on the header i am attaching the link of my website please chk
