Changes not visible in live site while logged in changes are visible – not cache related

Hi for my client i have made a page but when logged in you see the changes. But in live (private and cache empty) you dont see it. We face these problems a lot of times and cant find out why.

You are using CDN https://prnt.sc/WjL6mcW2VnOj , so try to ask your hosting provider to disable it temporarily, and check how it works then.
