i have tried purging cache and browser cache but they still aren’t showing

Here is what I can see on your site – https://prnt.sc/zklnn4 Try to check the site via an incognito browser window.
As I can see, you are using CDN, so the cache of it should be cleared also.

At this moment I see that you changed color to black https://gyazo.com/2994b8f3ff3c97740a55a0cd487daa09 and any problem with this. keep in mind that style changes you do are in css file, you use the CDN cache, so to apply changes you need to clear CDN cache once you closed the customizer.
