Changes in 8Theme Options Won't Save

    If I make any changes to my Theme, I can’t save it. Everything grays out and the only way out of it is to reload the page.

    Help?

    Hello,

    Please try to disable all 3rd-party plugins and check it then.
    Make sure you’re using last theme version.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/classico/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

    Also, update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    I had to completely disable Classico in order to use my site. Several of the plugins weren’t working after the update either. I couldn’t get “Classico” off the header, remove the header image, change the top Parallax, remove the EightTheme link, or change the footer. After the updates, Visual Composer and Essential Grid stopped working. And I never got the newsletter to stop popping up. I couldn’t customize or change its shortcode either.

    I’m sorry. Did you even read my message? I’m on a managed DreamHost server and don’t actually have FTP access. They handle that for me.

    I activated Classico theme and tried to save changes in Theme Options. They were saved successfully. Now I’ve enabled your previous theme back.
    Please clarify what current problem you have with Classico theme.

    I logged back in and attempted to save the theme. I’m back to the original problem. It still won’t save. I’ve tried multiple browser windows, clearing cookies, caches, etc.

    It still won’t save. I have no idea how you made it save but it won’t do it for me. I’ve tried from the sidebar Publish and Save window but it says any changes I make are unrecognizable. If I try from the 8Theme Console itself it grays out and I have to refresh the page again.

    Please fix this immediately or issue a refund for a product that doesn’t work. I have absolutely no proof that it even worked for you on my site.

    I don’t have a PC. Only Macs. But I checked it on Safari, Google Chrome, and Firefox. It’s all the same.
