Hi, I bought the template yesterday: the changes are very slow, see do not apply. Note that I had another template (which worked very well even if it was ugly; o). What can you do for me to work on your template normally? Thank you . JC

Your site under maintenance mode, so I can’t check it.
Please, make sure you have checked all the server requirements before the installation https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/60-xstore-theme-requirements
Also, versions of required plugins should be latest https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
Provide us with temporary wp-admin access so we can take a closer look.
