I’ve been having a lot of issues with the website making changes throughout the site. Every time I make changes in Elementor whether in a static block or via the customizer, I can see the changes in the editor view of Elementor however when I click save/publish and go to the live website, the changes are not there. I have cache disabled so that’s not an issue in this case.

    Hello @Gina,

I hope this message finds you well.

We have reviewed your website and noticed that a fatal error is currently being displayed, which is preventing us from logging in or attempting to access the dashboard.

Could you kindly resolve the fatal error so that we may proceed with investigating the issue related to the editor? Alternatively, if you prefer, please provide us with FTP access (in text format, not as a screenshot), so we can address the fatal error directly and further examine any related issues.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Dear @Gina,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that we have tested the Shop page editor with custom modifications. You can view the results of our test here: https://prnt.sc/Fu5b7-CJotZl. The frontend output remained consistent, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/QamOhCh7j7DL.

Additionally, we conducted the same test using an incognito browser. After clearing the cache, the changes were successfully reflected on the frontend. Please see the result here: https://prnt.sc/0HO-VyEn1Imk.

To assist you more effectively, we kindly ask that you provide a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing on the Shop page. If possible, a video demonstrating the problem would be very helpful for our investigation.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best regards,

    Hello @Gina,

We hope this message finds you well.

    1. We noticed that the “Catalog Mode” option was enabled for both logged-in and non-logged-in users. As a result, the product buttons were redirecting to an alternative page. We have temporarily disabled this option so you can review the changes. For more information on external/affiliate products, please refer to the official WooCommerce documentation: https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/#external-affiliate-products.

    2. Regarding the styling issue, we recommend experimenting with different styles. It appears that only the second color was set for the gradient for product buttons, which prevents it from displaying correctly on the frontend. Both colors need to be defined for the gradient to render properly. Please see the following screenshots for reference:
    – Editor view: https://prnt.sc/2uyRotohuqJ_
    – Frontend view: https://prnt.sc/i7Z8m6JDzbXD

    3. To configure the number of products displayed on the shop page, please navigate to the following setting in Theme Options: https://prnt.sc/ul4PVsg30V93. You can use the search function within Theme Options to locate this setting easily. For example, we set the number of items to 3, and the frontend result is shown here: https://prnt.sc/mH5JnXUf8n3I.

    4. Lastly, the issue you mentioned was indeed caused by the “Catalog Mode” setting, as explained in point 1 above.

Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    1. Its meant to redirect, the issue is there just is no bottom, to click on to take them to the other website. when you are on the live site.
Can you please change it set up that way, when you click buy now it goes to the other website

    3. I changed it in the past and nothing happened

    Hello @Gina,

We kindly recommend reviewing the WooCommerce documentation regarding external product links for further clarification. Additionally, we have checked the product settings and noticed that a custom URL has been set for some products. Please refer to the following screenshot for more details: https://prnt.sc/IajyRYFrjiJe (see the private content section).

If you have any additional questions, please, feel free to describe in details your request.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team
