Hi, can you please let me know how do I change the word DESCRIPTION to the wording of my choice. Please see the screenshot:

Hello,

Use translation files to do this and just use your new words as translation for the old one.

You can use WC snippet to do this https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/
I tried to help you and show but misprint caused the problem. Tell me how you want to rename tab and provide me FTP access, please. I’ll help you.

I get the error oout of blue

and I never used or created child theme.

Did you do it?

Hello,

Yes, because WC snippet can’t be added without child theme. If you don’t want to provide me FTP access then just edit functions.php of the child theme and remove the misprint.

I’m really not cool with loosing my face and reputation when client calls me and says that the site is down. I really would expect support personnel to do do a quality work and not to bring the site down.

I understand after the mistake in the line you couldn’t login anymore, but an email would help just to let me know about it.

Back to the technical part….

As you explained – there are 2 ways of achieving this result:
a) through the child theme nd addig snippet to functions.php there
b) through editing translation files

Which one would you recommend? (I like the child theme since it keeps the changes after the theme update.)

Regarding FTP… I have no problem giving it to you, but after I’ve fixed the typo in child theme’s function php everything seems to be working and the tab is renamed. Please let me know if you still need it.
