Change of Theme to XStore – Installation Question

We are currently looking into changing the theme to XStore from Blanco (since Blanco is not supported anymore….) and have a question:
Upon installing the Default Theme files, what pages will be installed? And are those new pages will override the existing pages? E.g. What is going to happen to the existing HOME, CONTACT, ABOUT US, etc pages? Are they going to be overwritten or the duplicates will be installed?

Thank you in advance for the clarification on this matter.

Hello,

After theme installation and activation you won’t get any pages. You’ll be able to install the demo content if you go through the theme setup wizard. Then after the version installation, you’ll get a few products, posts, projects, home, contact us, about us, portfolio pages. These pages/products etc won’t overwrite the existing products, pages, you’ll get them in addition to existing content and could delete if you don’t need them.
