  Hello,

  Just deactivate http://prntscr.com/h85kn5 and delete the theme on your old site and try to use the code on your new site.
  Contact us with your purchase code if you face any problem when you activate the theme on your new site.
  Note that you may use the 1 license for the 1 dev domain and 1 live domain. But keep in mind that you can use our theme license for 1 end product only.

  Hello Support, I deleted everything without disabling the theme and it looks like it is still enabled.

  Could you make the manual deactivation for me? The key is this.
