you mean the logo?
That is a widget.
go to appearance->widgets
look into the footer widgets.
nomally it is there.

normally you should use the WPbakery Page Builder.
or you can click on text (next to visual) and you will find the link to the image. you just change the link with the link of the image you need to insert.

Activate the WPbakery Page builder for static blocks. Currently it is not activated.

Go to Wpbakery page builder->role manager
Then for admin tick the things that u want to edit with it.
