Hello, Just wondering how I can change the copyright in the footer of the Baby Shop.

Hello,

WordPress 5.x use Gutenberg as a default editor. You need to update WPBakery Page builder (formerly Visual Composer) plugin to 5.7 version https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update and then disable the Gutenberg http://prntscr.com/mprq5g

Also, we would not recommend you to keep enabled plugins that you don’t plan to use (for example, WooZone) because every additional plugin slows down the site a little bit.

Second thing I have noticed, If you look at this screenshot, the dots inbetween the menu are not right. They are overlapping the text. How can I fix this?

Also, replace images like http://prntscr.com/nz7r60 by images from own media library to prevent Mixed content error.
