Certain Elements Not Updating - by TO_SA

Hello,

I’ve been using XStore on a new build for the past week.

I’ve tried updating background images, header images in certain sections, but to no avail. The cache is disabled. Had safe mode on as well for Elementor and no progress. Assistance would be appreciated.

I activated parent theme – there are issues.
I activated child theme – there are issues.

Please provide an example of what exactly can’t be changed, with screenshots. Use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to share links to your screenshots.
