  Sometimes there are only 3 products in my Related products (or cross sell products)

  There is no such option, but you can try to use custom CSS code:

  /* Center align related and cross_sells products if there are 3 items */
  @media (min-width: 768px) {
      .elementor-widget-woocommerce-product-etheme_related .swiper-wrapper,
      .elementor-widget-woocommerce-product-etheme_cross_sells .swiper-wrapper {
          display: flex;
          justify-content: center;
      }
  }

  display: flex; and justify-content: center;: These properties will center the items within the container.
