Hi,
How to have a special page that showing all category with image like in the https://www.rushordertees.com/catalog/ ?

Hello,

You can show categories on Shop page, go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce (Shop) > Product catalog > Shop Page Display

how if I want the categories on different page, not in the shop page?

Play with page content using editor, for example, you can use the Product Categories element.
