In my category menu, I have several 1st items, under that there 2nd level subcategories and then under that 3rd level sub sub categories. Is there a way to keep the category menus open so that the 2nd level subcategories show?

    Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no option to make all the 1st levels opened by default. It requires additional customization. Our support covers bugs or issues that occur when using the theme. If you need help with additional customization you may contact our partners, they can provide the services you need to customize your theme.

    Regards

    1) Who are your partners? Where can I find a link to this?

    2) If I can’t keep them all open, is there a way to keep them all closed until the arrow is clicked to display the subcategories?

For example, now when I go to the “Shop” page, the first category is open to show it’s subcategories but the other categories are closed.

    Hello,

If you click the “partners” you’ll be redirected to the site. Also, here is a link [https://wpkraken.io/?ref=8theme]

By default, only the first category is opened and we don’t have additional settings for the product categories, unfortunately.

    Regards
