Category image not properly show, also products. Attributes are suddenly erased

Hi,

My name si Miguel Angel.

We area experiencing the following issues:
When displaying categories, are now properly displayed, for example:
https://musicalsanfrancisco.es/categoria-producto/viento-metal/

Product images; thumbnails not properly being shown:
https://musicalsanfrancisco.es/producto/trompeta-iniciacion-sib-amadeus-lacada/

Attributes:
When creating a new one, at the backend, the others suddenly get erased.

Hello,

1. What exactly do you want to change http://prntscr.com/j9003n ?
Please check settings of Product Catalog in Customize > Woocommerce.
2. Have you re-saved Theme Options settings after the theme update?
3. Please provide some screenshots and temporary wp-admin access.

Unfortunately, we can’t log in. Please check.
Yes, we need to create attributes with woopress theme and check the situation with default theme too, so maybe it would be better to create a staging site and provide us with access.

1, 2) Check the product category and image gallery now, please.
3) Also, we have checked the attributes on the test site and did not face the described issue. Can you, please, confirm that you have this problem on test site and describe in details your actions, step by step.
