Category Filters and Brand Filters not working

    Hi,

    We are facing issues with “Product Category” filters and “Product Brand” filters on our website. When we activate these filters on our shop page, it shows “No products found.” But there are products in These Brands and categories. Please look into it. I have granted admin access to the private content.

    It is possible that the cause of this is related to cached data.

    We kindly recommend clearing the cache after making changes to products and categories. This includes clearing WooCommerce-related caches, which can be found in the following section:

    WooCommerce > Status > Tools

    Please ensure you clear the following fields:
    – WooCommerce transients
    – Expired transients
    – Term counts
    – Brands transients

    Hi,

    We cleared all the caches. Our website is on Nitropack, and we have cleared all the caches from there as well. But still the issue persists.

    The issue is resolved if we add /?parameter to the original filter url : https://zealevince.in/shop/?filter_cat=football-merchandise/?parameter

    Hi,

    Thanks with the Patch the Brand and Category Filters are working fine.

    But when we apply Size filter and instock filetr we want that only products with that particular size available in stock should be visible. This is not the case.

    Can we resolve that?
