Category Descriptions on Pagination - by wittyspaces

Is there a way to remove the category descriptions on pagination? On page 2 and subsequent pages, the description is still there. I don’t think the user needs to see this if they are moving to the next page.

Also is there a way to move the description below the product grids instead of at the top?
