I am using static block as category description: [block id=”nnnn”]
It is OK when opening category from URL, like from menu.
When opening category from category tree in shop page, description is empty.

I have got answer and understood:

Fade effect for the section causes error. Edit sections of the categories static blocks and remove the fade effect.

But actually :
– I am not able to use elementor for adviced section edit with content area was not found error ( https://elementor.com/help/the-content-area-was-not-found-error/ )
– there are two CORE plugins and two XStore themes installed now. Which one I should delete? Or do you plan to do it when closing support request?

Hello,

That answer was the wrong solution. The issue is related to calling of Elementor scripts/styles after the Ajax call, it’s knowing task to Elementor support from many users https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/5843 . We added fix to child theme. Check now.

Thank you. It is better now. Only to mention it is visible lower part of static block after I click other category in left category tree. Can this be solved? e.g. focused top of static block in category description?

And other question mentioned here … I have breadcrumbs enabled but can’t see it in categories / product pages.

Hi

It is probably looks that you have customize this theme according to your requirements. Will you please check breadcrumb issue on default theme where you do not make any customization and let us know if issue was not fixed.

1) Keep this option disabled https://prnt.sc/z743tg
2) Every page has its own setting for the breadcrumbs and your shop page breadcrumbs are disabled https://prnt.sc/z73p18 That’s why you don’t have breadcrumbs there. Category page inherits the shop page settings for the breadcrumbs.

I started build this shop with elementor home decor demo

There are no breadcrumbs in this demo.
Can this be the issue?

I only played with header builder and single product builder. But swithced off single product builder.

Hello,

I suppose you missed my answer.
Every page has its own setting for the breadcrumbs and your shop page breadcrumbs are disabled https://prnt.sc/z73p18 That’s why you don’t have breadcrumbs there. Category page inherits the shop page settings for the breadcrumbs. So, if you want to enable breadcrumbs go to Pages > click edit the Shop page and enable breadcrumbs in the settings from the screenshot.

Keeping 1) this option disabled, but after template update to 7.2.5 and xstore core plugin update, category banners disapeared when using sidebar categories for navigation.
So I have to step back with backup and still have 7.24. of whichever you uploaded to my site.

I have updated theme to 7.2.5 version and XStore core to 3.2.5 and don’t see the problem with the product categories description. Could you check your site once more?
