Categories slider different since theme update

I just updated the theme to v 1.7 and now the ‘Product Categories’ slider doesn’t show the names of the categories. Instead it is showing the bullet (as if it were a list) to the left of the image, and below the image is the number of items in the category. The name of the category doesn’t appear anywhere.

I’d like it look the way it did originally:

No bullet, the name of the category appearing over the image, the number of products in the category should not be showing.

I don’t see anywhere in the edit settings (when I am editing the page with Visual Composer) to adjust any of these.

Never mind – I had replaced all of the ‘WooCommerce’ contents in the theme with the ‘Templates’ folder. I’ve re-uploaded the ‘WooCommerce’ folder from the new version of the threme and it is back to normal.

After updating ‘WooCommerce’ I got the annoying ‘some of your theme’s WooCommerce template files are out of date’ and I thought rather than hunt and peck for each page to update, I’d just update the whole folder. Bad idea I guess. I will follow the hunt and peck method 😉

Hello,

You shouldn’t worry about that notice. Some files were modified in the directory royal/woocommerce and old version can be written in the files, but it won’t affect your site work.
