Hello,

Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme (default WooCommerce theme). Do you have the mentioned issue on the category page when the Storefront theme is enabled?

hello i activated the storefront theme and its works

In this case, we need to check the problem more deeply. Please provide temporary FTP access. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
