Categories Not Showing on Shop Sidebar Widget

    The product category widget on the shop sidebar is showing but not all the categories are listed. I look at the Dashboard and can see the categories and even navigate to it and see the products. However, the categories on the left do not show.

    Hello,

    1) I don’t see product categories and products on the site that you provided https://prnt.sc/13ftx24
    2) WooCommerce plugin has the widgets cache. So, it may take some time (up to 1-2 days) to show the new categories in the widget after adding them.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the response. I had removed the widget while working around other solutions.

    It is now on there. Please kindly check again. You will see that not all categories are listed.

    This is on the front page. It was fine before. Did you make any changes to the site? I also notice the Instagram got disconnected.

    The front page is showing 2 footers if I put the static block widget?

    Hello,

    1) Product categories widget works the same way even with the default Storefront theme https://gyazo.com/69df1f4e6fa5f7e1338fff0cc3e008c1 if Only show children of the current category option is enabled. Once I disable option I see categories and subcategories. So, decide if you want to keep that option on or off.

    2), 3) I don’t see any missing banner or disconnected Instagram on the home page. We did not touch your setting while logged in to your site before, just checked the backend categories and products.
