Categories not showing in the search tab

Hello,

Not all categories are showing in the dropdown tab for categories at the search area in the homepage.

Also, is it possible to add a PDF file for each product in the tabs such as a data sheet for the product.

Hello,

Thank you for your using our theme!
1) That select displays only categories that have products, so if you don’t see some categories there make sure that these categories are not empty.

2) We don’t have a special option to add the PDF. Your can use full product description or custom tab content to add link to your PDF file to description or custom tab content. The user will be able to download the file once click that link.

Is it possible to create more than 1 custom tab?

Also, when I create a custom tab from the customization of the single product page, and then add a product, it does not give me an option to input the contents of the custom tab of this specific product. The only way to input data is through the customization of the custom tab at the single product page, and this makes the content general for all products rather than being for a specific product.

Hello,

Switch to Text mode of the custom tab https://prnt.sc/17tn4uo , add your content and save. We have temporary glitch with the Visual mode but we’ll fix the issue in the next theme update.

If I need to edit the custom content tab as you mentioned, this will edit the custom content tab of all products. What I need is to edit custom content tab for each individual product from the product edit in the backend.

Also, how can I have more than 1 custom content tab?

Hello,

We have only 1 individual tab for products. If you need more than 1 individual tab then look for third-party plugins or submit additional customization request here.

Hello,

If you use Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product > Tabs > custom tab or single product builder custom tab then content appears the same for all the products. If you edit the custom tab of every single product from WP Dashboard > Products > edit product > Scroll down to 8theme Product options > you’ll get the individual custom tab and it appears only for the product you edit.

Create a test page, where you will be able to create the desired content/layout using WPBakery. Copy that content of the Text tab (Classic mode) https://gyazo.com/ce07a0a3748aaa54511f4d7e873b86f8 and add it into the Tab content.
