Categories in Masonry Categories block not founding any categories of my list.

Hi. I tried to find some guide on how to use the Categories Masonry but i could not find it… I placed one of this in my home page……but once i tried to add some elements (categories) to display when i tried to pick a category from the dropdown menu, it do not display any categories so i can not choose one……I created quite some categories through my product categories but the block is not recognized them. I tried a normal category products grid and it does dislpay the categories correctly but when i tried to select which categories to display it also do not recognizes my categories on the input field. I attached images with these issues. Hope you can help me.

Hello, Razland,

We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issues still persist, could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
