Catalog layout issue – products not displaying correctly across full width

Dear XStore Support Team,

I’m experiencing an issue with the product catalog layout on my website. All the products appear to be grouped together in one column or overlap each other, instead of being distributed properly across the available screen width.

I would like the catalog to display products in a clean grid layout, using the full width of the screen as intended.

I’ve already checked the Theme Options and Layout settings, but the issue persists.

Could you please assist in resolving this layout problem?

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Hello,

Thank you for your response. Here is my information.

I’m experiencing the same issue: the smart carousel in the catalog does not work—it only shows the navigation dots, but the carousel itself is not displayed.

Additionally, when creating a product card and adding related products in Elementor, neither the sizes nor the products in other colors are displayed.

Here is an example of a product where I combined these variations:
