    Hi,

    1) When Im on the cart page with item in cart, I try to apply coupon, but it wont apply, seems like the button is not active.

    2) Also, when I change the number of products and try to update cart, it show a not allowed icon.

    3) Also, with the shipping options, I have 2 options available – Can I let the customer choose the shipping option they want, ie have it un-selected by default?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

Are you using the latest Woocommerce version 2.6.1?
We recommend to revert back to previous Woocommerce version till theme update is released.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

Yes, I am using the latest version. How will I be able to revert back? This will remove all settings from the plugin, wont it?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Settings won’t be removed. They are stored in database. You need only reupload Woocommerce plugin files. We’ve sent the plugin archive to your email address. Please check it.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hi,
Can you please explain steps how to do this. I tried to install via wordpress, but it say it failed? Also, Ive done some google search and it say that there might be complications where you can loose some pages?

    Hello,

You need connect to your server via FTP to be able to view site files. Ask your hosting provider support for FTP login details. Once you’re connected go to wp-content/plugins directory. Remove current “woocommerce” folder and upload the one from the archive we sent. After that activate the plugin in wp-admin panel > Plugins.

Or provide FTP credentials in private content and we’ll reupload the plugin version for you.
Don’t forget to create back up of the files and database before.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

Ive got it, that sorted the issue out. There was a few settings that I had to revert back, but it was very easy to do. Thanks for the assistance. Will we be getting a update on the theme before we update woocommerce again?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

    You’re welcome.

You need wait till new theme update is available and only then update Woocommerce. You can monitor for theme update here http://themeforest.net/item/idstore-responsive-multipurpose-ecommerce-theme/4792186 .

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
